Sally is just a cute little rag doll who has been given lfe by the eccentric Dr Finklestein but she’s falling in love with Jack but it’s a secret and Jack is too awstruck with the Christmas town he has just discovered to even notice anyway. About Nightmare Before Christmas
Nightmare Before Christmas is set in a magical land called Halloween Town, the primary objective of the people who live in the town is to scare people as much as they can around the world at Halloween time. Jack Skellington, who is the Pumpkin king of Halloween Town, accidently stumbles across a portal to another dimension where he finds another Town called Christmas Town. Jack, convinced he can do a better Christmas than they can, comes back to Halloween Town and tells all of the Citizens what he is going to do.
After getting Lock, Shock and Barrell to Kiddnapp Santa Claus from Christmas Town for one night, Jack orders Santa to take the night off so that Jack can deliver the Christmas to the world instead of the people of Christmas Town. But things start to go wrong when Santa is taken to Oogie Boogie by the three trick or treaters.
Sally, who is in love with Jack, attempts to top Jack from going any further with his plans by creating a thick fog, but Zero’s glowing red nose lights the way for jack. Jack delivers his terrifying presents to the people of the world and they scream in terror, Jack thinks all has gone well when in fact it hasn’t.
Jack returns to Oogie Boogies layer at the point where Oogie Boogie is about to kill Santa and Sally but Jack saves the day. Santa is able to deliver the presents to the world and replace the ones Jack delivered and Christmas is restored. Jack and Sally live happily ever after together.
This is a classic movie by Tim Burton and was released back in 1993, it was greatly received at the time.
